Service Description

Our Home Inspection and free pest inspection for single family homes will include a report including over 100 items, from all the major systems and components of buildings, including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, and foundation. We provide a well documented report with high quality pictures and a professional opinion of a property's condition for home buyers and sellers and a free home maintence book. You will also get a separate pest inspection report. All reports are emailed (may also be mailed, and hand delivered if necessary) within 24-48 hours.
