Our prices are very competitive. We also give discounts to military, law enforcement, EMS and more.
How long after the home inspection will I receive the home inspection report?
The home inspection report is usually produced before midnight. At the longest, a home inspection report can take between 24-48 hours. We understand and respect your urgency with this big life event.

Can I follow the inspector during the home inspection?
Yes, it is encouraged as it gives you a chance to see the issues firsthand, and we can advise on those problems. This is one of the most important purchases you will ever make.
How does your home inspection report differ from others?
Our reports vary from 20-60 pages, in length. They are very detailed and contain pictures of ALL DEFECTS.
Do I have to meet the home inspector for my inspection?
No, but it is highly encouraged to meet the home inspector.
