Welcome. I am Kevin E. Maxwell, the proud owner of Maxwell Home Inspection Services, LLC. I pride myself on exhibiting integrity, respect, and treating all of my clients like family. In addition to my strong values, I also come highly credentialed as a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). InterNACHI Inspectors are held to the highest standard of ethics, morals, and professionalism. Prior to owning Maxwell Home Inspections Services, I was a former Code Enforcement Officer with the City of Albany's Buildings & Regulatory Compliance Department. In that role, enforced compliance by administering and maintaining local, state and federal laws that safeguarded the public health and quality of life within the city.

In addition to myself as an inspector we have Moe Khalil, Senior Home Inspector / Field Manager who also performs home inspections and manages our inspectors. Moe brings to the team many years of hands-on construction experience which allows him to inspect any home no matter its size or age and give sound advice about the home's overall condition. In addition to Moe, we have Home Inspector Scott Colehamer who is no stranger to construction and uses his keen eyes to inspect residential and commercial buildings.

We have also added Adolfo Sciocchetti to our team to lead us in performing sewer scope inspections, chimney cleaning, and chimney inspections to ensure you are covered from hidden damages in your waste line as well as your fireplace to prevent chimney fires.
